I provide “applied coaching”, where I pitch in on work product with each person, focused on identified development & skills goals, doing and revising the work alongside them.
My coaching services are charged as a monthly retainer, on a flexible month-to-month basis. Workshops are available for a flat fee.
Large Team Coaching

Coaching for 6-10 leaders, managers, and staff. Coaching goals and target outcomes established at beginning of engagement, with regular check-ins on progress. Two workshops included each year.
Small Team Coaching
$9,000 / mo
Coaching for 3-5 leaders, managers, and staff. Coaching goals and target outcomes established at beginning of engagement, with regular check-ins on progress. One workshop included each year.
Individual Coaching
$3,000 / mo
Coaching for an individual leader, manager, or member of staff. Coaching goals and target outcomes established at beginning of engagement, with regular check-ins on progress.
Storytelling Workshop
